The Kiwanis Club of Benicia sponsors a number of community and division (Solano, Napa and Marin County) projects and causes. Some of these include:

• Scholarships for High School Seniors
• Benicia Community Action Council (CAC)
• St. Paul's Feed the Hungry
• The Special Olympics - Regional Event in Yountville
• The Kiwanis Family House at UC Davis in Sacramento
• The Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Benicia City Park
• The Benicia High School Key Club
• Peddler's Fair
• Kiwanis One Day Community Service
• Salvation Army Bell Ringing
• Holiday Food Drive
• Cub Scout Pinewood Derby
• Scout Blue & Gold Award Dinner

We donate both our time, talent and funds to support these initiatives. Our major fundraiser is the annual Golf Tournament held at Mare Island Golf Club.

Kiwanis Family House

The Benicia Club is a proud sponsor of the Kiwanis Family House at UC Davis in Sacramento. The KFH provides much needed support and temporary lodging for parents and families of youth who are hospitalized having suffered a serious injury or disease.

Recently, several members attended a BBQ and tour of the Kiwanis Family House at U.C. Davis, Sacramento. Here are some pictures taken while touring the facility:
