Club Meeting Information

We extend a warm welcome to adults, age 18 and over to be our guest at an upcoming club meeting. We conduct a dinner meeting from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.

While the theme of each meeting varies, the general format of club meetings is as follows:

• Opening Ceremony: Pledge of Allegiance, Song, Invocation/Inspirational Moment
• Welcome & Introduction of Guests & Dignitaries
• Dinner & Fellowship
• Announcements & Committee Reports
• Fellowship Dollars & Raffle*
• Program/Special Speaker
• Adjourn

*Fellowship Dollars are also known as "Happy/Sads." Members and guests voluntarily donate a dollar for each happy or sad moment, event or bit of news they'd like to share. 50% of Happy/Sads collected goes to the admin fund or some other cause as determined by the board. The other 50% is awarded to a member or guest who participates in the raffle drawing.
